Music to my Ears

Do you feel inspired when you hear music, I do?

I love different types of music, from folk music, like bluegrass to rock-n-roll, pop music, instrumentals, classical, country, and western songs.

Sometimes it is the tune, the melody, and the words that inspire me to go to my laptop, to the computer to start writing poems, articles, or short stories.

However, for most people, "ka-ching, ka-ching" or the sound of coins in the till, is music to their ears.

What music do you like to listen to at the weekend and what is your favorite song?

I listen to the group Pokey La Farge and folk music groups at the weekends.

My favorite song over the years is Glen Campbell, "Rhinestone Cowboy". This is a special song, as it was also requested for me, over the radio, by my Mum, for my 7th birthday, Thanks Mum, I miss you.
